MEET THE FOUNDER
My name is Jenna Bosarge. I am currently a full-time stay at home mom to two girls, Luciana and Lauren. I’ve been married to my husband Daniel for 5 years and we reside in Rome, GA. Before becoming a mom, I was a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Floyd County school system for kids in grades pre-k through 2nd grade. Along with Speech Pathology, I also have a background in Exercise Science! My goal for all my patients, my own kids included, is to incorporate movement into therapy and everyday life to create a fun learning environment! I have always known I wanted to work with individuals with special needs in some capacity. In college, I interned at the Rome Braves Miracle field and helped kick off their inaugural season for kids and adults with special needs. This experience taught me so much about fundraising, event planning, and investing in the lives of others.
Busy little bodies
In my spare time, I also share engaging activities for babies and toddlers through my Facebook/Instagram page: Busy Little Bodies. These activities target speech development, motor skills, and pre-school skills that set children up for success by the time they will enter pre-k. I hope to encourage parents to play alongside their children to foster learning and reach their developmental milestones!

christmas4acause
As a financial advisor, Daniel Bosarge, my husband, sends his clients appreciation gifts for Christmas. This year I decided to make customized Christmas ornaments as a gift! It had been on my mind and heart for some time to find a way to give back this holiday season. I had seen Specially Gifted’s posts on Facebook and absolutely loved their mission! Having known Macey and Breann prior to the start of Specially Gifted, I also knew that this organization was destined for great things! However, in the middle of a pandemic, attending fundraising events was simply not an option for most people. I thought it would be a great idea to raise awareness by extending my ornament sale to the local community and give 30% of sales to the Specially Gifted foundation to further their mission. If you are not familiar with the city of Rome, the support from the community is amazing! I reached out to local businesses, wedding vendors, mom friends and advertised my ornaments.
I also took full advantage of the power of social media! I reached out to a few influencers on Instagram to see if they would be interested in sharing the ornaments with their followers and supporting a great cause. Many influencers support giving back to charities/non-profits and they loved the idea! Once they shared, the orders came flying in! I had expected to make 40-50 ornaments at the most, I ended up making over 800!! I shipped ornaments all over the United States from New York to Hawaii. My house quickly turned into Santa’s workshop, as each ornament was hand-painted, designed, and packaged by myself and my family. This fundraiser was known as Christmas4acause and it far exceeded my wildest expectations! This donation will be such a blessing to a family!
Christmas4acause raised $2063.00!!!
Creative Giftings Company
I loved raising money for Specially Gifted during the Christmas season-so why limit it to only once a year? As a mom, I am always looking for little gifts for my girls-I wanted to create a shop that focused on sentimental gifts for every occasion! I renamed my Etsy shop Creative Giftings company (CreativeGiftingsCo.) and 25% of sales from all seasonal/holiday items (Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter, etc.) goes directly to Specially Gifted to bless more kids and their families! Currently, my shop is selling customized Valentine’s candy boxes and treat bags! Each item is under $10 and is sure to make your Valentine smile this year!
I recently found a quote that really resonated with me:
“The meaning of life is to find your gift. the purpose of life is to give it away.”
-Pablo Picasso
I encourage everyone to find your gift, whether that is through your work as a therapist, nurse, teacher, businessperson, etc., or through a hobby that brings you joy, and use that gift to make a difference!
